Sakiroo Choi
We’re all about Art here at No Homework, and illustration is our shit! Checking out the digital waves, we found the illustrative work of Sakiroo Choi. The South Korean native is quite impressive, from his line work, color, and his concepts, his work is quite dope.
His focus is character design, and its easily seen throughout in all his creations. The surrealism and social references to reality creates a cool juxtaposition and its executed right, taking his illustrations to cool, enigmatic levels.
His “Special Soccer Player 1″ and “Special Soccer Player 2″ series of illustrations is an example of his use of real people and imagery in his work. These illustrations are fucking awesome; though exaggerated, they’re dead on and funny as hell. Check out Ronaldinho and Ronaldo, hahah! Freaking A.
